Kat Starr Music’s Summer Music Classes lets you
Pick Your Flavor
GROUP CLASS CAMPS
Group Class Camp will be Monday-Thursday during select June and July weeks. $100 for FOUR 60-minute classes, that includes sheet music specific to each player’s ability and instrument!
Classes will meet for one hour each day, learning how to:
Have fun playing with other people.
Fit your part into the whole in a “band” setting.
Collaboratively create unique arrangements of traditional pieces.
Focus on your part while listening to others - tricky!!
Bring a small show together in just a few days!
These classes will meet for one hour Monday-Thursday and then put on a small, live Facebook show!
This group is open to students who have taken one year or more of private lessons and consider themselves somewhat intermediate. Ages 9 and up, Adult-friendly!
ONE-ON-ONE INTENSIVES
One -on-One Intensives will be Monday-Thursday during select June and July weeks. $140 for FOUR 45-minute one-on-one lessons.
These Intensives will deliver a month’s worth of lessons in one week! Learn with an experienced instructor, getting individualized lessons to meet you exactly where you are and get you quickly where you want to go!
One on One Intensives are available on:
Violin
Bass
Ukulele
Banjo
Guitar
Piano
Drums
These Intensives with Caleb, Paige, Kati, Leah, Clay, or Evelyn will meet for FOUR 45-minute lessons, Monday-Thursday of your selected week. Ages 9 and up, Adult-friendly! (Kat Starr is not offering Intensives at this time.)

Group Classes Interest Form
Fun fact! KSM used to have monthly group classes as a part of our yearly calendar and all KSM students participated. Sadly, 2020 put an end to that But we are excited to get our students and the community playing together once again!
This picture is from our Irish Orchestra - all KSM students in 2014 played in this group and it was an absolute blast. Our friend Katelyn Dunn even performed some Irish step dancing with us!
